Use The drug ''Revital Calcium D3'' is used for the treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency. It is indicated for osteoporosis (menopausal, senile, ''steroid'', idiopathic, and others), osteomalacia, hypocalcemia (including after dairy-free diets), as well as for increased need for calcium and vitamin D3 during pregnancy, lactation, and in children over 12 years of age during intense growth. How to take ''Revital Calcium D3'' tablets are taken orally, they can be chewed or swallowed whole. Adults and children over 12 years of age are recommended to take 1 tablet twice a day (morning and evening), preferably with meals, or individually depending on the clinical picture. For prophylactic purposes, the drug is taken for 3 months, 1-2 times a year, 1 tablet twice a day. The duration of the treatment course is determined by the doctor individually. Contraindications ''Revital Calcium D3'' is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or excipients of the drug, as well as to soy or peanuts. Other contraindications include: hypercalcemia (including primary or secondary hyperparathyroidism), hypercalciuria, calcium nephrourolithiasis (kidney stones), hypervitaminosis D, sarcoidosis, osteoporosis caused by prolonged immobilization, phenylketonuria (due to aspartame content), active form of pulmonary tuberculosis, and children under 12 years of age. The drug should be used with caution in renal insufficiency, benign granulomatosis, as well as during pregnancy and lactation. Storage The drug should be stored in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 degreeC. Keep out of reach of children.
