Use Nasal congestion in colds, inflammation of the nasal sinuses, eustachitis, sinusitis, hay fever, acute rhinitis (including allergic); diagnostic vasoconstriction. It is also used to restore drainage in inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, eustachitis, otitis media, and to relieve swelling before diagnostic procedures in the nasal passages. How to take Apply topically. Adults and children over 6 years of age are prescribed nasal spray 0.05% (Nosakar, Nosakar Mento and Nosakar Extra Moisturizing) 1-2 sprays into each nostril 2-3 times a day. The drug is intended for short-term use, the duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline or other ingredients of the drug in anamnesis: - atrophic rhinitis; - hyperthyroidism; - angle-closure glaucoma; - prostate enlargement. Contraindicated in children under 6 years of age (for Nosakar, Nosakar Mento and Nosakar Extra Moisturizing). Also contraindicated in chronic heart failure, diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, lactation, arrhythmias, severe atherosclerosis, arterial hypertension, chronic renal failure. Storage Store the drug at a temperature from 15 to 30degreeC. Keep out of reach of children. The shelf life of Nosakar Extra Moisturizing is 3 years.
