Use Bifitsin is used as an additional source of probiotic microorganisms (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli) and lactic acid microorganisms (thermophilic streptococci). How to take Adults and children over 3 years old are recommended to take 1 capsule once a day with meals. When taken by children, parents should ensure that the child is able to swallow the capsule.
