Use (Indications for use): - Treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency caused by inadequate diet and/or malnutrition. - Prevention of osteoporosis and as an adjunct to specific osteoporosis therapy. - For increased need of the body for calcium and vitamin D3 during pregnancy and lactation. Used for children aged 1 month and older. - Replenishes calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency in the body, necessary for tooth mineralization. - Calcium participates in bone tissue formation, tooth mineralization, blood coagulation, regulation of nerve conduction and muscle contractions, maintenance of stable nervous activity. How to take (Dosage and administration): - For full-term infants aged 1 to 6 months, it is recommended to take 7.5 ml per day, divided into 3 doses, previously diluted with milk or boiled water. - Pregnant and lactating women, for the prevention of osteoporosis, are prescribed 5 ml twice a day. - In conditions of increased insolation (solar radiation), the above doses should be halved. - The duration of Calciker administration is determined individually, based on the clinical situation and daily doses of the drug. - As a rule, the course of treatment is 2 months. - The drug is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old, but medical consultation is necessary before use, especially in the presence of chronic diseases. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug. - Primary or secondary hypercalcemia. - Severe hypercalciuria or urolithiasis. - Decalcifying tumors, such as myeloma, bone metastases, sarcoidosis. - Hyperparathyroidism and severe renal insufficiency. - Osteoporosis caused by immobilization. - Hypervitaminosis D3. - Tuberculosis in the active phase.
