Use Magnetab is used to treat confirmed magnesium deficiency in the body, both isolated and associated with other deficiency conditions. Magnesium deficiency can manifest with the following symptoms: nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances; signs of anxiety such as gastrointestinal spasms or palpitations (in a healthy heart); muscle cramps, tingling sensation in muscles. Magnesium supplementation may help alleviate these symptoms. If no improvement is observed after one month of treatment, continued monotherapy with this drug is not advisable. How to take Adults are recommended to take 6-8 tablets per day. Children over 6 years old (body weight more than 20 kg) are recommended to take 4-6 tablets per day. The daily dose should be divided into 2-3 administrations, taken during meals, with a glass of water. Dose adjustment is not required for elderly patients. For prevention, adults and children over 12 years old: 1 or 2 tablets once a day. Treatment should be stopped immediately after normalizing magnesium concentration in the blood. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. - Hypermagnesemia, hypervitaminosis of vitamin B6. - Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/minute). - Myasthenia gravis. - Diarrhea. - Severe arterial hypotension. - Atrioventricular block. - Children under 6 years of age (due to dosage form). - Concomitant use of levodopa. Use with caution in moderate renal insufficiency, as there is a risk of hypermagnesemia. Storage Store in a place protected from light and moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25 degreeC.
