Use - Breast cancer in postmenopausal women. - Breast cancer in men after castration. - Kidney cancer. - Melanoma (containing estrogen receptors). - Ovarian cancer. - Breast cancer and endometrial cancer in women. - Adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer with lymph node involvement in women, treatment of metastatic breast cancer in women and men. How to take The dosage regimen is established individually, depending on the indications, the patient's condition, and the applied chemotherapy regimen. Contraindications - Thrombophlebitis. - Pregnancy and breastfeeding period. - Hypersensitivity to tamoxifen or other components of the drug. - Severe thrombocytopenia, leukopenia. - Severe hypercalcemia. - Concomitant use of anastrozole and tamoxifen.
