Dermovate ointment 50g №1

Use: Clobetasol is a highly potent topical corticosteroid indicated for short-term treatment of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of dermatoses responsive to corticosteroid therapy, and in cases unresponsive to less potent corticosteroids. This includes psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis), difficult-to-treat dermatoses, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, and other skin conditions resistant to less potent corticosteroid therapy. The ointment is recommended for skin lesions accompanied by dryness, hyperkeratosis, and skin thickening. How to take: The drug is applied externally. The ointment should be applied in a thin layer and gently rubbed in, using minimal amounts sufficient to cover the entire affected area, once or twice a day until improvement occurs. The frequency of application should then be reduced or the product replaced with a less potent one. After each application, the product should be left for a sufficient time to absorb before applying an emollient. The maximum dose should not exceed 50 g of ointment per week. Treatment should not continue for more than 4 weeks. Contraindications: - Untreated skin infections. - Rosacea. - Acne. - Perioral dermatitis. - Pruritus in the absence of inflammation. - Perianal and genital pruritus. - Children under 1 year of age. - Breastfeeding period. - Hypersensitivity to clobetasol or any other component of the preparation. Storage: The product should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 30degreeC.
