Use The medical plastisol polyvinyl chloride syringe is intended for medical and sanitary-hygienic purposes. It is used for irrigation and aspiration of fluid from body cavities. It is also used for fluid aspiration in the postoperative period. The syringe can be used in medical institutions and for individual use. How to take Before use, the syringe bulb and tip must be disinfected. This can be done by boiling in distilled water for 30 ( +/- 5) minutes. Alternatively, the syringe bulb and tip can be kept in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for (80 +/- 5) minutes, followed by rinsing in running water. Before use, the tip should be lubricated with a neutral fat, such as petroleum jelly or lanolin. To use, squeeze the syringe bulb by hand, immerse the tip in a medical solution, and by releasing the squeeze, fill it with the solution. Then insert the tip into a body cavity and inject the fluid by squeezing the filled syringe. It is important to note that the syringe should not come into contact with medicinal solutions for more than 30 minutes. After each use, the syringe must be rinsed with hot water to remove any medicinal solution and then dried. Contraindications The main contraindication is individual intolerance to the product's materials. In the presence of contraindications, it is necessary to consult the instructions or seek specialist advice.
