Use The drug is used for the symptomatic treatment of diabetic polyneuropathy and alcoholic polyneuropathy. How to take Oktolipen in the form of a concentrate for preparing an infusion solution is administered intravenously (slow bolus or drip). The recommended dose is 600 mg per day. The method of administration, treatment regimen, and duration of the course are determined individually by the doctor depending on the severity of the disease. Contraindications The use of the drug is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to thioctic acid, during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding), as well as in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
