Use: The drug is intended for the relief of nausea and vomiting symptoms. How to take: Children 12 years and older, as well as individuals weighing 35 kg or more, are recommended to take 10 mg (1 tablet) up to 3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 30 mg. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to domperidone or other components of the drug. - Conditions where stimulation of gastric motility may be dangerous, for example, gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction, or perforation. - Prolactinoma. - Moderate or severe hepatic insufficiency. - Prolonged QT interval recorded on ECG, significant electrolyte imbalance, and heart failure.
