Use: HiPP Natal herbal tea is a delicious drink containing a number of beneficial herbs traditionally used to stimulate lactation. The tea helps to replenish the increased need for fluids during breastfeeding. It includes well-known plants approved for infant nutrition, such as anise, caraway, nettle, fennel, and lemon balm. Anise, caraway, and fennel have galactagogic, antiseptic, and antispasmodic effects. Nettle is a source of vitamins K, C, B5, and iron. This combination of herbs stimulates lactation, and anise helps prevent colic and flatulence in children. Lemon balm soothes, helps with depression, restores strength, and relieves spasms and pains. How to take: Pour 200 ml of boiled warm or cooled water into a cup, add 2 teaspoons (8 g) of ''Tea for nursing mothers'' and stir. The drink is ready for consumption. The tea can be started from the first day of breastfeeding. It is recommended to drink about 2 cups of tea per day. Contraindications: No explicit contraindications are indicated.
