Use Naphthyzin is used intranasally and topically in ophthalmology. - Intranasally: acute and allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, eustachitis, laryngitis, laryngeal edema (allergic, post-radiation), mucosal hyperemia after operations. How to take Intranasally and topically. Dosing regimen is individual. - Adults: intranasally, 1-3 drops 3-4 times daily into each nostril. - Special instructions: Do not use for chronic rhinitis. Take a break after 5-7 days of intranasal use. Avoid prolonged use. If eye drops show no improvement >72h or symptoms worsen (irritation, hyperemia, pain, vision disturbances) - consult a doctor.
