Use The drug provides local analgesic and anti-inflammatory action on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat, reducing swelling, difficulty swallowing, pain, and irritation in the throat. How to take Adults and children over 12 years of age: spray 1 dose of the drug (3 presses on the dispenser) onto the back wall of the oropharynx every 3-6 hours. Do not inhale during spraying. The maximum daily dose is 5 doses (15 presses on the dispenser). Do not exceed the specified dose. The duration of the treatment course is no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist for 3 days while taking the drug, treatment should be stopped and a doctor consulted. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to flurbiprofen or any of the components included in the drug. - History of hypersensitivity reactions (bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, rhinitis, Quincke's edema, urticaria, recurrent nasal polyposis or paranasal sinuses) in response to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. - Erosive and ulcerative diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (including gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) or ulcerative bleeding in the acute phase or in history (two or more confirmed episodes of peptic ulcer or ulcerative bleeding). - Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation of an ulcer in history, provoked by the use of NSAIDs. - Severe hepatic insufficiency or active liver disease. - Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min). - Decompensated heart failure. - Pregnancy (III trimester). - Breastfeeding period. - Children under 12 years of age. - Period after coronary artery bypass grafting. - Confirmed hyperkalemia. - Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency. - Hemophilia and other bleeding disorders (including hypocoagulation), hemorrhagic diatheses.
