Use The ELAST 9512 elastic medical, tape, compression bandage of low extensibility is intended for the prevention, recovery, and treatment of varicose veins, as well as dislocations, sprains, swelling, and other traumatic complications. - For the treatment of various diseases: a low-stretch bandage is used to fix dressing materials. - In pre- and postoperative periods: for faster rehabilitation after injuries and surgeries, to prevent swelling and reduce inflammation; to prevent bruises and ligament damage; to support soft tissues after liposaction. - For prophylactic purposes: to relieve overload and overexertion during physical activity; to prevent sprains and injuries during sports. How to take - The width of the bandage should be chosen to be greater than or equal to the diameter of the body part being bandaged. - It is recommended to lie down for 5-10 minutes before bandaging the leg, raising the legs, and keeping the leg to be bandaged elevated. - Apply the bandage to the foot from the ankle to the base of the toes; then bandage the lower leg and thigh - from bottom to top. - Each turn of the bandage should overlap the previous turn by 50-70%. - The greatest tension of the bandage should be in the ankle area, gradually decreasing towards the top of the leg. - It is essential to bandage the heel, forming a so-called ''lock'' with a turn of the bandage, which prevents the dressing from slipping when walking. - Apply the last turn of the bandage 5-10 cm above the affected venous area; secure the end of the bandage with a clip. - When bandaging, wrap a full circle, starting from the inside of the wrist. Contraindications - Individual intolerance to the raw material components of the product. - Pronounced local skin diseases.
