Use: Single-use sterile Accu-Chek Softclix lancets are designed to obtain a drop of blood using a skin-piercing device. These lancets are suitable for use only with the Accu-Chek Softclix lancing device. How to take: Accu-Chek Softclix lancets are used in conjunction with the eponymous lancing device. Before use, the protective cap should only be twisted off the needle after the lancet has been inserted into the lancing device. Each lancet is recommended for single use only, and then disposed of safely. Contraindications: Repeated use of the lancet makes it duller, leading to a more painful puncture during repeated use and poses a threat of possible infection.
