Use The drug is used in children from 3 months to 12 years of age as: - an antipyretic agent to reduce elevated body temperature due to colds, flu, and childhood infectious diseases (chickenpox, mumps, measles, rubella, scarlet fever, whooping cough, etc.), as well as after vaccination; - an analgesic (for mild to moderate pain syndrome) for toothache, including during teething or tooth extraction, headache and migraine, sore throat, muscle and joint pain, earache with otitis. In children from 1 to 3 months, a single dose of the drug may be used to reduce fever after vaccination; for all other indications, the drug should only be used as prescribed by a doctor. If there is no improvement or your child feels worse 2-3 days after starting the drug, you should consult a doctor. - How to take Rectally, after a cleansing enema or spontaneous bowel movement. The dosage of the drug is calculated depending on age and body weight, in accordance with the table. A single dose is 10-15 mg/kg 2-3 times a day every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 60 mg/kg. - Contraindications Do not use Cefecon D if your child has an allergy to paracetamol or any other components of the drug (listed in section 6 of the leaflet). Use with caution in case of impaired liver and kidney function, Gilbert's syndrome, Dubin-Johnson syndrome, Rotor syndrome, blood system diseases (anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
