Hemomycin suspension powder 200mg/5ml- 20ml №1

Use: Hemomycin is used for infectious and inflammatory diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to azithromycin. These include: - Upper respiratory tract and ENT organ infections (pharyngitis/tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media). - Lower respiratory tract infections: acute bronchitis, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia. - Skin and soft tissue infections (erysipelas, impetigo, secondary infected dermatoses). - Early stage of Lyme disease (borreliosis) - erythema migrans. How to take: The drug is taken orally once a day, 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after a meal. To prepare the suspension, add water (distilled or boiled and cooled) to the bottle up to the mark. The contents of the bottle should be thoroughly shaken until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Dosage depends on the patient's age and weight. For example, children are prescribed 10 mg/kg of body weight once a day for 3 days. Azithromycin remains in bactericidal concentrations at the site of inflammation for 5-7 days after the last dose, allowing for short (3-day and 5-day) treatment courses. The specific dosage and duration of treatment should be determined by a doctor. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to azithromycin or other components of the drug. - Hypersensitivity to erythromycin, other macrolides, ketolides. - Concomitant use with ergotamine, dihydroergotamine. - Severe liver dysfunction. - Children under 12 years of age weighing less than 45 kg (for this dosage form). - Severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance less than 40 ml/min). - Breastfeeding period. Storage: Store in a dry, dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 degreeC, in the original packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
