How to take 1. Insert the interdental brush between your teeth, into the interdental space, or under a dental appliance. 2. For greater convenience, bend the brush at an angle of 35-45 degrees. 3. Insert the brush into each gap between teeth and orthodontic mechanisms. 4. Clean with back-and-forth and clockwise rotational movements. 5.
