Use: Citomed (citicoline) stimulates the biosynthesis of neuronal membrane phospholipids, improving membrane functions and reducing cerebral edema. The drug preserves neuronal energy reserves, inhibits apoptosis, and stimulates acetylcholine synthesis. Clinically, it improves functional recovery after ischemic stroke and traumatic brain injuries. It enhances attention, consciousness, and has a beneficial effect on amnesia, cognitive, and neurological disorders associated with cerebral ischemia. How to take: Dissolve in 120 ml of water, take with or between meals. Do not double the dose if missed. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to components. - Vagotonia. - Fructose intolerance. Not for children (lack of data). Storage: Up to 25 degreeC, out of reach of children. Use within 6 months after opening.
