Use: Accu-Chek Instant test strips are designed for use with the Accu-Chek Instant glucometer for quantitative measurement of glucose levels in fresh capillary whole blood taken from the finger, as well as in venous, arterial, and neonatal blood. The system is intended for self-monitoring by patients with diabetes at home and for professional use by healthcare workers in clinical settings as an aid to monitor the effectiveness of blood glucose levels. How to take: - Insert the test strip into the Accu-Chek Instant glucometer. - Prick the finger with a lancet to obtain a drop of blood. - Apply a drop of blood to the wide strip of the test strip. - Wait for the measurement result to appear on the glucometer screen. Detailed information is recommended to be found in the glucometer's user manual. Contraindications: - Do not use expired test strips. - Do not reuse test strips. - Do not use for the diagnosis or screening of diabetes mellitus. Storage: Store test strips in their original packaging in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight. Do not expose to high temperatures and humidity. Close the test strip container tightly after each use.
