Rhinocil drops for nose 2.5mg/0.25mg 15ml №1

Use: Rinocil is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of the following conditions: acute rhinitis (including common cold rhinitis), allergic rhinitis (including hay fever), vasomotor rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, acute otitis media (as an auxiliary treatment method). It is also used in preparation for nasal surgeries and to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses after nasal surgeries. If improvement does not occur after 3 days or symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted. How to take: Do not exceed the stated dosage and frequency of use. Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration of therapy. - Children aged 2 to 6 years (under adult supervision): 1-2 drops into each nostril 3-4 times a day. - Children over 6 years (under adult supervision) and adults: 3-4 drops into each nostril 3-4 times a day. Before use, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the nasal passages (e.g., blow your nose). The drops should be instilled into each nostril with the head slightly tilted back. This head position should be maintained for a short period to allow the drops to spread. The standard duration of use is no more than 3 days. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients. - Atrophic rhinitis (including with foul-smelling discharge - ozena). - Concomitant use with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors (or within the preceding 14 days). - Closed-angle glaucoma. - In patients after transsphenoidal hypophysectomy (or after transnasal or transoral surgery where the dura mater is exposed). - The use of Rinocil during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
