Use Dimedrol, 50 mg tablets, is used for allergic diseases such as urticaria, hay fever, angioedema, vasomotor rhinitis, pruritic dermatoses. It is also used for insomnia, chorea, sea and air sickness, vomiting of pregnancy, Meniere's syndrome, as a sedative and hypnotic, and as part of lytic mixtures. How to take Orally, adults and children over 14 years of age are prescribed a single dose of 50 mg. The regimen and duration of use are determined individually, depending on the indications. Contraindications Contraindications for the use of Dimedrol include: - Closed-angle glaucoma. - Prostatic hypertrophy. - Stenosing ulcer of the stomach and duodenum. - Bladder neck stenosis. - Bronchial asthma. - Epilepsy. - Hypersensitivity to diphenhydramine. - Children under 2 years of age (for external use). - Breastfeeding period. It should be used with caution during pregnancy, in children, and in elderly patients.
