Pronoran tab 50mg №30

Use Pronoran is used for Parkinson's disease (both as monotherapy and in combination with levodopa), chronic cognitive impairment and neurosensory deficit (including attention and memory disorders) in senile dementia (as additional symptomatic therapy), intermittent claudication due to obliterating diseases of the lower limb arteries (as additional therapy), as well as in ischemic circulatory disorders of the eye. How to take Pronoran tablets are taken orally, after meals, without chewing, with half a glass of water. For all indications (except Parkinson's disease), the drug is prescribed in a dose of 50 mg (1 tablet) once a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 100 mg/day (50 mg twice a day). For Parkinson's disease, 150-250 mg per day is usually prescribed, divided into 3 doses. Contraindications Pronoran is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to piribedil or excipients included in the preparation, in collapse, acute myocardial infarction, and also in concomitant use with neuroleptics (except clozapine). The drug is not used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Storage Storage temperature: from 2 to 30 degreeC.
