Use The FRAUTEST Ovulation test is designed to determine the days when the probability of conception is highest. It helps detect an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine, which occurs 24-48 hours before ovulation. The two days after the peak LH surge are considered most favorable for conception. How to take For most women with a regular menstrual cycle, 5 days of testing are sufficient. To determine the start day of testing, subtract 17 from the total number of days in the cycle. For example, if the cycle is 28 days, testing should begin on day 11 (28 - 17 = 11). In case of an irregular cycle, choose the shortest cycle for calculation. Test procedure instructions: - Do not use first morning urine, as LH is synthesized early in the morning and will appear in urine throughout the day. - The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 and 20:00, approximately at the same time each day. - Limit fluid intake 2 hours before urine collection. - Conduct testing for all five days (or as many as needed) at the same hour. - The test is a paper strip impregnated with a reagent (labeled antibodies to LH), which is immersed in a container with urine for 5-10 seconds. - The result is evaluated after 40 seconds; for confirmation of a negative result, the full testing time of 10 minutes is required, but no more than 30 minutes. Do not interpret results after 30 minutes. Contraindications No data on contraindications. Storage Store in a sealed package at a temperature from +2degreeC to +30degreeC (or +4degreeC to +30degreeC) in a dry place inaccessible to children.
