Use: Singlon is indicated for the prevention and long-term treatment of bronchial asthma in adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older. This includes preventing daily and nocturnal symptoms of the disease, treating bronchial asthma in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and preventing bronchospasm caused by physical exertion. How to take: Singlon is taken orally once a day, regardless of food intake. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age is 10 mg/day (1 film-coated tablet). For the treatment of bronchial asthma, the drug should be taken in the evening. For the treatment of allergic rhinitis, the drug can be taken at any time of the day at the patient's discretion. For patients suffering from bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, Singlon should be prescribed 1 tablet once a day in the evening. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the active substance (montelukast) or to any of the excipients. - Children under 15 years of age. - Lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption. With caution: pregnancy and lactation. Storage: The drug should be stored in its original packaging, out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25degreeC.
