Preductal OD coated tablets 80mg №30

Use: Prediсtal OD is used to treat stable angina. How to take: The benefit of treatment can be assessed after 3 months of taking the drug. Prediсtal OD should be discontinued if no improvement occurs during this time. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor. Food intake does not affect the bioavailability of trimetazidine when taking Prediсtal OD 80 mg. In patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-60 ml/min), a dose reduction is recommended, i.e., 1 tablet containing 35 mg of trimetazidine per day. Contraindications: Contraindicated for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Use with caution in patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-60 ml/min) and in patients over 75 years of age. Storage: The drug should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 30degreeC.
