Use Almagel A is used for acute gastritis, chronic gastritis with increased and normal secretory function of the stomach (in the exacerbation phase), acute duodenitis, enteritis, colitis. It is also indicated for gastric and duodenal ulcers (in the exacerbation phase), hiatal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux, reflux esophagitis, duodenogastric reflux. It is used for symptomatic gastrointestinal ulcers of various origins, erosions of the mucous membrane of the upper gastrointestinal tract, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis. It is effective for heartburn and epigastric pain after dietary errors, excessive consumption of ethanol, nicotine, coffee, or taking medications that irritate the stomach lining. How to take - Take orally 5-10 ml (1-2 measuring spoons or 1 sachet) 3-4 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals. - The maximum duration of treatment is 7 days, after which it is recommended to switch to treatment with Almagel. - It is not recommended to drink liquids for 15 minutes after taking the drug. - Before use, the suspension must be thoroughly homogenized. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe renal impairment, Alzheimer's disease, neonatal period, breastfeeding. - The drug contains sorbitol, which is contraindicated in congenital fructose intolerance.
