Use Pyralgin is used for pain syndrome of various origins, including headache and toothache, migraine, neuralgia, arthralgia, as well as for febrile syndrome. It can also be used for short-term treatment of acute pain syndrome of moderate intensity, not relieved by monocomponent drugs, including joint pain and menstrual pain. How to take The drug is taken orally, usually 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. The drug should not be taken for more than 3 days as an analgesic without a doctor's prescription. If after 3 days of treatment the pain syndrome is not relieved, you should consult a doctor for recommendations on further treatment. For children over 12 years old, half the adult dose is recommended. The maximum duration of continuous use of the drug is no more than 3 days. Contraindications Pyralgin is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe liver and/or kidney failure, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, anemia, leukopenia. Also, contraindications include peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (in acute stage), bronchial asthma, conditions accompanied by respiratory depression, intracranial hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, severe arterial hypertension, alcohol intoxication. The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as for children.
