Use Theraflu Extra is used to treat symptoms of colds and flu, such as high fever accompanied by chills, body aches, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose in adults, including the elderly, and children aged 12 years and older. How to take Take one sachet every 4-6 hours, as needed, but no more than 4 doses within 24 hours. Theraflu Extra can be taken at any time of day, but the best effect is achieved by taking the drug before bed, at night. If symptoms do not improve within 3 days after starting the drug, a doctor should be consulted. Patients should not take Theraflu Extra for more than 5 days. Do not exceed the specified dose. The lowest effective dose should be taken for the shortest possible duration of treatment. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. - Concomitant use of monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors or their use within the preceding two weeks. - Concomitant use with other sympathomimetic drugs or tricyclic antidepressants. - Concomitant use with beta-blockers and other antihypertensive drugs (phenylephrine may reduce their effectiveness). - Concomitant use of paracetamol-containing drugs. - Concomitant use of other decongestant and antihistamine drugs.
