Use Strezam treats psychosomatic manifestations of anxiety or anxiety disorder. How to take Administer orally. Adults: 50 mg (1 capsule) 3 times daily or 100 mg (2 capsules) 2 times daily, before meals with water. Treatment duration: several days to 4-6 weeks; dose determined individually by doctor. Not for children (insufficient studies). Do not double next dose if missed. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to components. - Shock states. - Myasthenia gravis. - Severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction. - History of severe hepatitis or cytolytic syndrome (during etifoxine treatment). - History of severe skin reactions (DRESS syndrome, SJS, exfoliative dermatitis). - Galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption, lactase deficiency (due to lactose). - Under 18 years of age. - Pregnancy and breastfeeding (not recommended; contraindicated in pregnancy; discontinue breastfeeding if necessary).
