Nolpaza powder for preparation of intravenous solution 40mg №1

Description Nolpaza is a selective proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce gastric acid secretion. The active substance is pantoprazole (40 mg). It is supplied as a vial containing a lyophilized powder for solution for injection (white to off-white cake or powder). It is indicated when oral administration (tablets) is temporarily not feasible. Method of Administration and Dosage Administration: For intravenous (IV) use only, via slow injection or infusion.Preparation: Reconstitute the powder in the vial with 10 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride injection. Injection: The prepared solution should be injected intravenously slowly over 2 to 15 minutes. For IV infusion, the solution is further mixed with 100 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose. Dosage: The recommended daily dose is 40 mg (1 vial) per day. For Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, the starting dose can be increased up to 80–160 mg daily․ Contraindications Hypersensitivity to pantoprazole, substituted benzimidazoles, or any excipients.Co-administration with atazanavir (HIV medication).Pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) period.Children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
