Use Dicloberl N 75 is indicated for symptomatic treatment of severe acute pain accompanying: - acute arthritis (including gout attack); - chronic arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis (chronic polyarthritis); - ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease) and other inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the spine; - irritation symptoms in degenerative diseases of joints and spine (arthrosis and spondylarthrosis); - inflammatory rheumatic diseases of soft tissues; - edema or post-traumatic inflammation with pain syndrome. The injection solution is used in cases where a particularly rapid effect is required, as well as when oral administration or administration in the form of a suppository is not possible. In such cases, treatment is usually recommended only as a single injection as part of initial therapy. How to take Dicloberl N 75 is administered intramuscularly. Usually, 1 ampoule (75 mg) is administered 1-2 times a day for 2-5 days. The maximum daily dose is 150 mg. The duration of drug use is determined by the attending physician. Contraindications Dicloberl N 75 is contraindicated in: - hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any other component of the drug; - hematopoietic disorders of unknown etiology; - gastric and duodenal ulcers; - induced porphyrias; - bronchial asthma; - children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). Also contraindicated if, in the past, after the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, there were: - difficulty breathing (bronchospasm); - asthma attacks; - chest pain; - swelling of the nasal mucosa or skin reactions. Contraindicated in the last trimester of pregnancy.
