Description Cardiomagnyl tab. f/c 75mg x 30: Cardiomagnyl is available in the form of film-coated tablets. Tablets containing 75 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and 15.2 mg of magnesium hydroxide are white and shaped like a stylized << heart >> . Composition (for dosage 75 mg + 15.2 mg): - Active ingredients: Acetylsalicylic acid - 75 mg; Magnesium hydroxide - 15.2 mg. - Excipients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol. Pharmacodynamics: The mechanism of action of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) is based on irreversible inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX-1), which leads to the blockage of thromboxane A2 synthesis and suppression of platelet aggregation.
