Use No-Spa Forte is indicated for use in adults for spasms of smooth muscles associated with various diseases. - Diseases of the biliary tract: cholecystolithiasis, cholangiolithiasis, cholecystitis, pericholecystitis, cholangitis, papillitis. - Diseases of the urinary tract: nephrolithiasis, ureterolithiasis, pyelitis, cystitis, bladder spasms. - As adjunctive therapy for: - Spasms of the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract: gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, spasms of the cardia and pylorus, enteritis, colitis, spastic colitis with constipation and irritable bowel syndrome with flatulence. - Tension headaches. - Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) / algomenorrhea. How to take No-Spa Forte 80 mg tablets are intended for adults. Adults: the average daily dose is 120-240 mg (in 2-3 administrations). The maximum single dose is 80 mg, the maximum daily dose is 240 mg. The score line on the tablet is only for ease of swallowing, not for dividing into equal doses. Children over 12 years: the maximum daily dose if necessary is 160 mg (in 2-4 administrations). Clinical studies of No-Spa Forte in children have not been conducted. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to drotaverine or any of the excipients of the drug. - Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. - Severe heart failure (decreased cardiac output). - Pediatric age (clinical studies in children have not been conducted). - Breastfeeding period. - Hereditary lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, galactosemia or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome (due to the presence of lactose in the tablets). - With caution: arterial hypotension, pregnancy.
