Rosulip plus caps 5mg/10mg №30

Use: Rosulip Plus is indicated as an adjunct to diet in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia (excluding heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia). Rosulip Plus is prescribed as replacement therapy for patients whose lipid profile was adequately controlled by concomitant use of individual rosuvastatin and ezetimibe preparations at doses equivalent to the corresponding doses in the fixed combination. How to take: Rosulip Plus should be taken once daily at the same time of day, regardless of food intake. Capsules must be swallowed whole with water. Rosulip Plus 5 mg/10 mg, 10 mg/10 mg, and 20 mg/10 mg capsules are not suitable for treating patients who require a rosuvastatin dose of 40 mg. Rosulip Plus should be taken 2 hours or more before or 4 hours or more after taking bile acid sequestrants. In patients over 70 years of age, the recommended starting dose of rosuvastatin is 5 mg. Contraindications: - Pregnancy. - Breastfeeding period. - Liver dysfunction (active liver disease). - Kidney dysfunction (severe renal insufficiency with CrCl less than 30 ml/min). - Pediatric age (safety and efficacy in individuals under 18 years of age have not been established). - Concomitant use with cyclosporine.
