Use Trifas 10 is indicated for the treatment and prevention of recurrent edema and/or effusions caused by heart failure. How to take Tablets should be taken on an empty stomach, with a small amount of liquid. The bioavailability of torasemide is independent of food intake. Trifas 10 is usually used for a long time or until the severity of edema decreases. The tablet can be divided into two equal parts. If a daily dose of 5 mg is insufficient, 10 mg of torasemide should be used. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the active substance (torasemide), sulfonylurea preparations, and any of the excipients of the medicinal product. Contraindications also include: renal failure with anuria, hepatic coma or precoma, arterial hypotension, hypovolemia, hyponatremia, hypokalemia, significant urinary disturbance (e.g., due to prostatic hypertrophy), as well as the breastfeeding period. Storage No special storage conditions are required. The recommended storage temperature is from 5 degreeC to 25 degreeC. The shelf life of the drug is 5 years.
