Use Arterial hypertension of I-II degree in adult patients. - How to take Orally, 10 mg (1 tablet of Lerkamen 10) once daily, at least 15 minutes before meals, preferably in the morning, without chewing, with sufficient water. Depending on individual tolerability, the dose can be increased to 20 mg (2 tablets of Lerkamen 10 or 1 tablet of Lerkamen 20). The therapeutic dose is adjusted gradually, as the maximum antihypertensive effect develops approximately 2 weeks after the start of drug intake. - Contraindications Lerkamen 10 is contraindicated in severe hepatic impairment and severe renal impairment (GFR < 30 ml/min), including patients on dialysis. The safety and efficacy of the drug in children under 18 years of age have not been established. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and in women of childbearing potential not using reliable contraception methods.
