Use Polydexa nasal spray 15ml is used for inflammatory and infectious diseases of the nasal cavity, pharynx, and paranasal sinuses. These include acute and chronic rhinitis, acute and chronic rhinopharyngitis, as well as sinusitis. How to take - Adults: One spray into each nostril 3-5 times a day is recommended. - Children: Aged 2.5 to 18 years (or up to 15 years in some sources) are prescribed one spray into each nostril 3 times a day. - Duration of treatment: The course of treatment usually lasts 5-10 days. - The drug is not used for rinsing the paranasal sinuses. Contraindications Polydexa nasal spray is contraindicated in the following cases: - Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. - Suspicion of angle-closure glaucoma. - Concomitant use of monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors. - Viral diseases. - Kidney diseases accompanied by albuminuria, as well as renal insufficiency. - Pregnancy and lactation. - Children under 2.5 years of age. Use with caution in patients with arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease (CHD), and hyperthyroidism. Storage The drug should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25degreeC in a place inaccessible to children.
