Use: Indomethacin 100 mg rectal suppositories are used for inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, such as rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatism, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis, juvenile arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis, and others. The drug reduces joint pain at rest and during movement, decreases morning stiffness and joint swelling, contributing to an increase in range of motion. It is also effective in inflammatory processes occurring after operations and injuries, quickly relieving both spontaneous pain and pain during movement, and reducing inflammatory edema at the wound site. How to take: Suppositories are administered rectally (into the rectum). It is recommended to empty the bowels before using the suppository. Adults are prescribed 100 mg once a day or 50 mg 1-3 times a day. During a gout attack, the dose may be increased to 200 mg per day. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.
