Cytotec tablets 200mcg №60

Use: Cytotec is used for the treatment and prevention of peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, as well as hemorrhagic lesions and erosions caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is also used to treat erosive gastroduodenitis associated with peptic ulcer disease. Cytotec protects the stomach from damaging factors and promotes healing of the gastric mucosa. How to take: Cytotec is taken orally, during meals. - For the prevention of NSAID-induced peptic ulcer: The recommended daily dose is 400-800 mcg per day, divided into 2-4 doses. Treatment can be continued as needed, and the dose is adjusted individually depending on the patient's clinical condition. - For the treatment of ulcers (gastric, duodenal, caused by NSAIDs): 800 mcg per day in 2-4 doses for 4-8 weeks (initial course). Contraindications: - Pregnancy. - Hypersensitivity to Cytotec (hypersensitivity). - Severe or pronounced hepatic insufficiency. - Should be administered with caution to patients with hypotension.
