Use Metrofungin is used for the local treatment of infectious diseases of the vagina caused by trichomonads and/or Candida fungi, such as bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, and candidal vaginitis. How to take Metrofungin capsules are intended for intravaginal use and are inserted blunt end first into the vagina. - For bacterial vaginosis: 1 vaginal capsule 1-2 times a day for 10 days. - For trichomoniasis: 1 vaginal capsule once a day for 10 days. - For candidal vulvovaginitis: 1 vaginal capsule once a day for 10 days. Do not swallow capsules. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. - Severe liver dysfunction. - Epilepsy. - First trimester of pregnancy. - Lactation period. - Porphyria. - Alcohol consumption is contraindicated during treatment and for 3 days after the end of treatment.
