Polygynax vaginal capsules №12

Use Polygynax is used for the local treatment of vaginal infections caused by sensitive microorganisms, including aerobic vaginitis, candidal vulvovaginitis, mixed vaginitis, and non-specific vaginitis. It is also used for preoperative prevention of infectious complications during gynecological interventions, before and after diathermocoagulation of the cervix, before intrauterine diagnostic procedures, and before childbirth. How to take Polygynax capsules are intended for vaginal administration. The capsule should be inserted deep into the vagina, while lying on the back, in the evening before sleep. The preparation is intended only for adult female patients. The course of treatment is 12 days, and the prophylactic course is 6 days. In case of missing one or more doses, the intake of the preparation should be resumed at the usual dose. Contraindications Polygynax is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to neomycin, nystatin, polymyxin B or any of the excipients. Simultaneous use of the preparation with polyurethane condoms (male and female) or diaphragms is not recommended. It is also contraindicated in case of allergic reactions to peanuts or soy (due to the presence of soy oil in the composition) and when used in combination with spermicides.
