Use: Chondra-ject is indicated for degenerative-dystrophic diseases of joints and spine, including osteoarthrosis of peripheral joints, as well as intervertebral osteochondrosis and osteoarthrosis. It is also used to accelerate the formation of callus in fractures. How to take: The drug is administered intramuscularly at 100 mg every other day. With good tolerability, the dose can be increased to 200 mg, starting from the fourth injection. The course of treatment is 25-30 injections. If necessary, a repeat course of treatment is possible after 6 months. For osteoarthrosis of large joints, a combination of intra-articular and intramuscular administration methods is possible. Up to 5 intra-articular injections of 200 mg are performed with an interval of 3 days between administrations, and 16 intramuscular injections of 200 mg are performed with an interval of 1 day between administrations (every other day). Intra-articular administration of the drug should be carried out under aseptic conditions by a specialist trained in intra-articular injection technique. Depending on the size of the joint, up to 2 ml of Chondra-ject can be injected into the joint cavity. After intra-articular administration, the puncture site is wiped with an alcohol wipe and a bactericidal plaster is applied. For the formation of callus, the course of treatment is 3-4 weeks (10-14 intramuscular injections every other day). Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the drug or its components. - Bleeding and tendency to bleed. - Thrombophlebitis. - For intra-articular administration: presence of active inflammatory or infectious processes in the joint, presence of active skin disease or skin infection in the area of the proposed injection. - Children and adolescents under 18 years of age. - Pregnancy and lactation.
