Use Hondra-ject is used in adults over 18 years of age for the treatment of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the joints and spine, such as peripheral joint osteoarthrosis, intervertebral osteochondrosis, and osteoarthrosis. It is also used to accelerate the formation of bone callus in fractures. How to take The drug is administered intramuscularly at 100 mg (1 ml) every other day. If well tolerated, the dose is increased to 200 mg (2 ml), starting from the fourth injection. The course of treatment consists of 25-30 injections. If necessary, a repeat course of treatment is possible after 6 months. For osteoarthrosis of large joints, a combination of intra-articular and intramuscular administration methods is possible. Up to 5 intra-articular injections of 200 mg (2 ml) are given with a 3-day interval between administrations, and 16 intramuscular injections of 200 mg (2 ml) with a 1-day interval between administrations (every other day). Depending on the size of the joint, up to 2 ml of Hondra-ject can be injected into the joint cavity. For the formation of bone callus, the course of treatment is 3-4 weeks (10-14 intramuscular injections every other day).
