Lidocaine 10% - 2ml №10

Use - Relief of persistent paroxysms of ventricular tachycardia, including during myocardial infarction and cardiac surgical interventions. - Prevention of recurrent ventricular fibrillation in acute coronary syndrome and recurrent paroxysms of ventricular tachycardia (usually within 12-24 hours). - Ventricular arrhythmias caused by glycoside intoxication. How to take - The drug is administered intravenously as a solution containing 100 mg/ml. - The first dose is administered as a bolus with immediate connection to continuous infusion under ECG monitoring. - The need for repeated bolus administration, dose, and duration of infusion are determined by the therapeutic effect and clinical situation. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to lidocaine and other amide-type anesthetics. - Severe sinoatrial block, sick sinus syndrome (SSS). - Atrioventricular (AV) block II-III degree (except when a ventricular pacing probe is inserted). - Severe intraventricular conduction disturbances, WPW syndrome. - Cardiogenic or hypovolemic shock. - Acute and chronic heart failure (III-IV functional class). - Severe arterial hypotension. - Morgagni-Adams-Stokes syndrome. - Children under 18 years of age.
