Use The drug Metromicon-Neo is used for the local treatment of vaginal infections, including: - Vaginal candidiasis. - Bacterial vaginosis. - Trichomonal vaginitis and vulvovaginitis. - Vaginitis caused by mixed infections. - Mixed vaginal infection. How to take Suppositories are administered intravaginally. Before use, it is necessary to free the suppository from its contour packaging by cutting the film along the contour of the suppository and insert it deep into the vagina. - For acute vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis: 1 suppository in the morning and at night for 7 consecutive days. - For chronic vaginitis: 1 suppository once a day, just before bedtime, for 14 consecutive days. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug or other nitroimidazole derivatives. - First trimester of pregnancy. - Lactation period (breastfeeding). - Children under 18 years of age.
