Use Trinomia is used for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular complications in adult patients. It is indicated as a replacement therapy in adult patients who have previously been treated with monocomponent drugs (acetylsalicylic acid, atorvastatin, ramipril) at equivalent therapeutic doses and whose condition has been adequately controlled. - How to take Trinomia hard capsules are for oral use. The drug should be taken orally, one capsule once daily, preferably after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid. The capsule should not be chewed, crushed, or opened. Consumption of grapefruit juice is not recommended during treatment with Trinomia. Treatment should be initiated under medical supervision. - Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the active substances (acetylsalicylic acid, atorvastatin, ramipril) or other components of the drug, other salicylates, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), other ACE inhibitors, or tartrazine. - Hypersensitivity to soy or peanuts. - History of asthma or other allergic reactions caused by the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal analgesics/anti-inflammatory agents. - Acute peptic ulcers. - Hemophilia and other bleeding disorders (thrombocytopenia, hemorrhagic diathesis). - Severe renal and hepatic impairment. - Contraindicated in patients undergoing hemodialysis. - Pregnancy and lactation. - Children and adolescents under 18 years of age. - Concomitant use with cyclosporine (due to the risk of rhabdomyolysis). - Storage Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 degreeC. Does not require special storage conditions. Keep out of reach of children. The shelf life is 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
