Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the active substance (rosuvastatin) or to any of the excipients. - Liver diseases accompanied by a quantitative increase in plasma transaminases. - Acute renal failure. - Myopathies. - Concomitant use of cyclosporine. - Pregnancy and lactation. Use Roxiton is used for hypercholesterolemia and for the prevention of cardiovascular system disorders. How to take Roxiton should only be taken as prescribed by a doctor. - For the treatment of hypercholesterolemia, the recommended initial dose is 5 mg or 10 mg orally, once a day. - To prevent the development of risk of cardiovascular system disorders, a dose of 20 mg, once a day, is recommended. Storage Store at a temperature not exceeding 25degreeC, out of reach of children.
