How to take - The drug should be taken at the same time of day, every day throughout the course of treatment, both before and after meals. - Capsules should not be crushed or chewed. - It is not recommended to take this drug with grapefruit juice. - In elderly patients, an increase in the dose of amlodipine should be carried out with caution. - Patients with impaired renal function can take amlodipine in usual doses, as changes in plasma concentrations of amlodipine do not correlate with the degree of renal insufficiency, and amlodipine is not excreted by dialysis.
