Contraindications Enalapril-N is contraindicated in the following cases: - Hypersensitivity to enalapril, hydrochlorothiazide or other sulfonamide derivatives. - Angioedema in history associated with ACE inhibitor intake. - Hereditary or idiopathic angioedema. - Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). - Anuria. - Severe hepatic impairment. - Pregnancy. - Breastfeeding period. - Children under 18 years of age. - Concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2).
